new message

New page

Hi Prakamya, Looks like a great pathway in the works, but you are missing a critical feature of WikiPathways. All genes, proteins, small molecules, etc should be represented by datanodes. See [http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Help:Tutorial:Step_3 this tutorial]. This way the pathway is more than just an image; it's an actual data model that people can use in data visualization and analysis. This is the primary function of WikiPathways. Let [[Contact_Us|us know]] if you have any questions. [[User:AlexanderPico|AlexanderPico]] 19:27, 16 November 2013 (UTC)
