Thank you for the continued development of these pathway.

Some comments on the pathway:
1. use the gene datanode in PathVisio--> Objects --> GeneProducts instead if the current format. The same for RNA as well, whic has also has a node defined in the Objects. This helps in keeping the format conisistent across all pathways in the database.
2. Having different colored nodes for up and down on wikipathways database might not be required as these are data-dependent values.
3. the decimal point of the Refseq identifier has to be omitted for the identifier to be recongnised in WikiPathways. ex. PRKAA1 : 'NP_996790.3' would be 'NP_996790'
