Regarding the +/- signs in the original figure denoting positive/negative regulation, I think it is actually regulation from NF-kBs on its targets, so one step higher than what you currently have. So for example, the NF-kB to BMP should be inhibitory. And the final interactions going from BMP etc to the labels should all be simple arrows.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
