New page

Hi Elena,

Great start. I noticed that your metabolites are currently encoded as pathway nodes. You'll want to change these to metabolites in the properties tab. When making new metabolites, simply click on the "Met" button and then click on the drawing board. You can double-click on metabolite nodes to then search by name and connect them to database records. This will make the network amenable to computational analysis and the nodes will be listed at the bottom of the page with links to primary sources automatically. Let me know if you have any questions about this. [[User:AlexanderPico|AlexanderPico]] 19:11, 22 June 2012 (UTC)
