*  For phosphorylation, instead of adding the phosphate metabolite node, the convention is to add a State. You can do this by right-clicking on any node and selecting &amp;quot;Add State&amp;quot;. The node will be decorated with a small circle, which you can move around and even resize. You can add a label to this (in the Properties panel). For phosphorylation, the convention is to add a P. &lt;br /&gt;
* The left-side beta-Catenin should also be phosphorylated.&lt;br /&gt;
* Not sure that the note about chromosoal translocations should be translated to gene nodes. &lt;br /&gt;
* We're missing beta-Catenin and plakoglobulin in the nucleus.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
