You'll notice a couple automatic warnings on the page:<br /> <br /> 1. unconnected datanodes = if you look at the bottom of the page you'll notice only 2 datanodes have identifiers and linkout to resources. I made these connections as examples. All the other genes and metabolites should be connected to the database by entering in proper identifiers. There is a search feature (double-click on any datanode) to help locate the right identifiers.<br /> <br /> 2. no description = please provide a short paragraph about the pathway.
