&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;The task of connecting edges is a bit more onerous here with the multi-segment lines which are literally separate line segments to being with.  One must replace the segments with a single edge connecting source and target nodes. Using 'elbow' lines can help preserve the original layout and control clutter. My method is basically to go top-to-bottom and trace individual edges for a given node, deleting all but the arrowhead line segment, then connecting the remaining arrowhead line segment to it's nodes, setting line type to 'elbow' and adjusting the elbow anchors. &lt;br /&gt;

I've completed the top 1/3 of the pathway approximately. You can use ctrl-L to view the remaing, unconnected edges. This will pathway will take ~4 hours to complete and verify.&lt;br /&gt;
