This one addresses many of the issues, like annotated datanodes, Gene Products rather than proteins. Nice work!  I think the anchored interactions might still be a sticking point. And there are specific ways to represent groups of paralogs and complexes. [[Help:Guidelines#Representing_paralogs_and_complexes|This part of the help documentation]] covers both of these issues.&lt;br /&gt;
