Some comments on the pathway:&lt;br /&gt;
1. use the gene datanode in PathVisio--&amp;gt; Objects --&amp;gt; GeneProducts instead if the current format. The same for RNA as well, whic has also has a node defined in the Objects. This helps in keeping the format conisistent across all pathways in the database.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Having different colored nodes for up and down on wikipathways database might not be required as these are data-dependent values.&lt;br /&gt;
3. the decimal point of the Refseq identifier has to be omitted for the identifier to be recongnised in WikiPathways. ex. PRKAA1 : 'NP_996790.3' would be 'NP_996790'&lt;br /&gt;
